This is my welcome post to my blog. I hope everyone enjoys this blog and I look forward to sharing my work with all of you.
This is my Passion Heart Map. The centre items are the things that I value most in my life and every layer provides more elements that differently shape who I am and the educator I want to become.
This video is significant to me because it demonstrates the qualities of an educator that can truly change students lives and the way learning is a never ending process that impacts students and teachers in the classroom. It is my job to embrace the responsibility of my job and the power it can have and use it to make a difference.
This is a link to my All About Me Pinterest page. This page was designed to both showcase my interests but also reflect on the way they all connect in building my teacher identity. This page was both an exploration into what I value and am passionate about but also what impact they will have on me going forward. All these things will shape what I bring into the classroom and how I connect with my students and I hope to continue to engage in this exploration.
